Let me just start off by saying that this seekh kebab recipe is perfect to serve when you are hosting.
These kebabs are an excellent appetizer that will leave an everlasting impression in the minds of your guests.
These succulent kebabs are juicy and full of flavor, perfect as an appetizer for any dinner party.
Served perfectly with chutney or sauce of your liking, sliced lemons and cucumbers with a side of onion rings, you cannot ask for a better kickstarter for an amazing evening.
Not to mention, I just love the simplicity of this seekh kebab recipe.

Ingredients:
1. Meat: 500 gms, minced
2. Oil
3. Garlic: 1 bulb
4. Ginger: 1
5. Onions: 1, big sized, grated
6. Green chilli: 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
7. Mint: 1 tablespoon
8. Coriander Leaves
9. Baking Soda: a pinch
10. Chilli Flakes: 1 tablespoon
11. Coriander Seeds: 1 tablespoon, crushed
12. Chilli Powder: as per taste
13. Roasted Cumin: 1 tablespoon
14. Salt: as per taste
15. Ghee/ Oil: 1 tablespoon
16. Garam Masala: 1 tablespoon
Method:
Step 1: (Preparation)
Start off this amazing recipe by grinding the ginger and garlic in the mixer to get a perfect paste.
Grate the onions and squeeze out the excess water.
Now, take a bowl and add in the meat.
Mix the onions, ginger and garlic paste, green chilli, mint, coriander leaves, baking soda, chilli flakes and coriander seeds.
Now, season with roasted cumin, chilli powder, garam masala, ghee and salt.
Step 2:
Knead /Mix everything well for 4-5 minutes.
Keep it inside the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3:
Mold the meat mixture to form sausages around the skewers and place them on a plate.
Make sure your meat mixture is spread in an even thickness.

Step 4:
Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame.
Now, fry the kebabs for around 10 minutes until it turns brown evenly.
And that is it everyone, your seekh kebabs are now ready to be served.
Bonus Tips:
1. You can use any meat of your liking, like chicken, mutton, buff etc.
For this recipe I went with buff.
