Easy Lunch Idea: Sardine Fish Curry Recipe With Few Ingredients
Bored of cooking the same meals? Not to worry anymore folks because today, I bring you all this quick and easy meal of sardine fish curry that will make your tummy smile.
This easy recipe for beginners will only take 15 minutes and then after you have a taste, not overstating, but your taste buds will thank you. 😜
Ingredients:
1. Sardine Fish: 3
2. Onion: 3, thinly sliced
3. Oil: 3 tablespoon
4. Cumin Seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
5. Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon each
6. Coriander Leaves
7. Chilli Powder: As per taste (optional)
8. Salt

Method:
Step 1:
Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds and thinly sliced onions, stirring it for 2 minutes.
Step 2:
Add the ginger and garlic paste, stirring it for a minute. If wanted, add chilli powder as required and mix it well for 30 seconds on medium flame.
Step 3:
Finally, add the sardine fish into the mixture. Give it a good mix then add some water, as per the consistency you desire (preferably half a cup). Make sure that the curry is not too runny or watery. After the curry is boiled, garnish it with coriander leaves.
Now, serve this delicious dish with hot plain boiled rice and enjoy.
Bonus Tips:
1. Make sure the onions are half cooked. It should NOT be golden brown.
2. For anyone who's wondering why I have not added tomatoes to the recipe, that's cause the sardine fish already contains the ingredient. So, we can totally skip tomatoes.
3. Same with turmeric powder, haven't added it as the needed colouring is already in the sardine fish.
4. If you want the dish to have extra spice, you can add green chilli as well.
