Ingredients:

1. Bread: half  loaf

2. Potatoes: 500 gms, boiled

3. Minced Buff: 100 gms

4. Onion: 1, big sized, finely chopped

5. Green Chilli: 3, small sized, finely chopped

6. Chilli Flakes: 1 teaspoon

7. Corn Flour: 1 and half tablespoon

8. Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon

9. Ginger and Garlic Paste: 1/2 tablespoon each

10. Cumin Powder: 1 teaspoon

11. Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon

12. Garam Masala: 1/2 teaspoon

13. Salt: as per taste

Method:

Step 1: (Preparation)

Start off the stuffed buff cutlet recipe by boiling the potatoes first.

Peel and mash them well in a bowl.

Take the slices of bread and soak it in the water.

Then squeeze out the excess water and add it in the potato bowl.

Step 2:

Add some salt and corn flour then mix/knead  well to get a perfect dough.

Keep this aside for now.

Step 3: (Filling)

Take 2 tablespoon of oil and heat it in a pan.

Add the chopped onions.

Once the onions turn light golden, add ginger and garlic paste, chopped green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Stir everything well on medium flame for a minute.

Now add the minced buff in the pan and cook it on low flame with the lid closed.

Make sure you check the meat every now and then to make sure it does not burn.

Step 4:

Once the meat is cooked, add the garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.

Mix it for a minute and transfer it into a bowl.

Keep it aside.

Step 5:

Now, take a small portion of the dough, flatten it with your palm and add the filling right in the centre.

Now, take the edges and secure it in whichever shape you want your cutlets to be.

Repeat the process for other cutlets.

Step 6:

Now, heat the oil in a pan for deep frying the cutlets on high flame.

Once the oil is heated, make sure you turn your gas on medium flame.

Take the cutlets and fry them in the pan.

Make sure you do not overstuff your pan with the cutlets.

Also, keep in mind to not stir or touch the cutlets immediately after putting them in the pan.

Once one side of the cutlet turns golden brown, flip it to cook both the sides well.

Once your cutlets are done, transfer them into a plate with tissue papers.
