Hey guys, so I'm back again with another yummy and easy recipe and on today's episode I bring you this super easy pork recipe

This pork with spinach curry is one of the most common ways we make pork because the amalgamation of the two ingredients is heavenly. 

This pork with spinach curry is super easy to make, cooked in around 40 minutes. 

I don't usually cook this a lot but whenever I do get my hands on pork, this is the exact recipe I go for.

The partnership between the spinach and pork is nothing but enchanting.

Especially when you have it with some piping hot rice and a spicy achhar on the side, the deliciousness of this pork with spinach curry increases multifold.

Easy Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Pork: 1.5 kg

2. Spinach: 500 gms

3. Oil

4. Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoon

5. Chilli Powder: as per taste

6. Onions: 3, big sized, sliced

7. Tomatoes: 3, big sized, chopped

8. Ginger & Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon each

9. Cumin Powder: 1 teaspoon

10. Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon

11.Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon

12. Salt: as per taste


Method:

Step 1:

Start off this easy pork recipe by washing the pork and chopped spinach. Then, keep them aside. 


Step 2:

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker on medium flame and add in the cumin seeds. 

Once the seeds start to crackle, add the pork. 

Cook it thoroughly until your pork gives a beautiful red hue. Probably for 6-7 minutes. 


Step 3:

Add the chopped onions and cook/mix for 3-4 minutes. 

Now, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste and salt. 

Mix everything well. 


Step 4:

Add the chopped tomatoes and mix everything well for 1-2 minutes. 

Now go ahead and add some water based on how much your pork is cooked. 

Close the lid and let it cook for 2-3 whistles.


Step 5:

Open the lid and if your pork is cooked, add in the chopped spinach. 

Mix everything and cook with the lid open for 5-6 minutes. 

Once the spinach is cooked and the water is dried, you can turn off the gas and get ready to serve the dish.


Transfer the dish into a bowl and enjoy this amazing dish with your rice for lunch or even dinner.
